Reservations
Our calendar fills quickly, so we recommend booking your party 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. If you have a last-minute request and availability allows, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Securing Your Date
A security deposit is required to reserve your party date. The deposit amount is based on the size of your party and will be applied toward your total balance. Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash, Cash-app
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.
Final Confirmation & Headcount
To ensure a seamless event, a final confirmation is required no later than 6 days prior to your party date.
Our office will contact you 6-7 days before the event.
The client is responsible for confirming:
Final guest count * Party location * Selected package
No same-day changes will be accepted.
Our on-site hostesses are not authorized to adjust pricing or make billing changes during the event.
You will be charged for the final number of guests confirmed, regardless of attendance. We schedule staff and prepare supplies based on this number. No refunds or price reductions are provided for no-shows.
Set-Up Requirements
To ensure timely and efficient setup, the following requirements must be met:
Parking space is required in a driveway or directly in front of the home or venue.
Setup time is approximately 30 minutes.
Setup may take place indoors or outdoors.
A clear, flat surface is required
We do not provide tents or coverings.
Larger parties require additional space to accommodate setup and guest flow.
Decor, table setup, and event design are subject to product availability. We regularly update and enhance our décor to maintain a modern, on-trend look while ensuring the highest quality experience.

Preppy In Pink (Hot pinks and subtle blush pinks)
Champagne Crush (Dusty pinks with neutral colors)
Lavender Lush (Light and dark purples)
Beachy Blue (Beachy vibes of blues and neutral colors)
Fairy Forest Fantasy (Greens and browns with hints of reds)
Prior to the day of the party please have all girls prepped with hair brushed, and any old nail-polish removed to ensure smooth transitions. Every child will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations during the party week cannot be accepted, as preparation begins approximately 7 days prior to the event.
If cancellation is necessary, we will gladly attempt to reschedule your party within 60 days of the original date, subject to availability.
No-Show Policy
Refunds or credits are not provided for guests who do not attend on the day of the party. All final details and headcount must be submitted at least 4 days prior to the event.
Important Notice
If we are unable to obtain final confirmation and you are unreachable within 72 hours of your scheduled party, your deposit will be forfeited and the event will be canceled. Multiple attempts will be made via phone, text, and email.
Payment Policy
Deposits are applied toward your total party balance.
